1. No chip processing. Because Extrusion tap are completed through cold extrusion and plastic deformation of workpieces, especially in blind hole processing, there is no chip removal problem, so there is no chip extrusion and the wire tapping is not easy to break.
2. Strengthen the strength of the attacked teeth. Accumulated wire tapping will not damage the tissue fibers of the processed material, so the strength of the extruded thread is higher than that of the thread machined by cutting Extrusion tap.
3. Higher product qualification rate. Due to the chip free processing of tap wrench, the accuracy of the machined threads is better than that of cutting Extrusion tap; Cutting Extrusion tap is accomplished through cutting, and during the process of cutting iron chips, iron chips will always exist to some extent, resulting in a lower pass rate.
4. Silk attack has good self strength. Due to the lack of chip removal grooves in the backlogged wire tapping, its own strength is much better than that of the cutting wire tapping.
5. Longer service life. Due to the fact that Extrusion tap do not experience problems such as blunting or chipping of cutting edges, their service life is usually 3 to 20 times longer than that of cutting Extrusion tap.
6. Higher production efficiency. It is precisely because of its longer service life and faster processing speed that the use of Extrusion tap can reduce the time for replacing Extrusion tap and standby, thereby improving production efficiency.
7. No transitional thread. Extrusion tap can guide machining through themselves, making them more suitable for CNC machining, while also making transition free machining possible.
